Limited Warranty

Effective Date: 01/01/2025

Mountain Yotas provides the following limited warranty for products we sell and services we perform:

1. Warranty Coverage

  • We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner and that products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal on-road use for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or installation.

2. What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage caused by off-road use, accidents, collisions, or environmental exposure.
  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

3. How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Follow any instructions for returning the product or vehicle for inspection.

4. Remedies

At our discretion, we will either:

This limited warranty is your sole remedy. Mountain Yotas is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including damage to vehicles used off-road.
