Shop Helper (Entry Level)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working Shop Helper to support our Parts Department and keep daily shop operations moving efficiently. This is an entry-level role with hands-on exposure to the off-road and aftermarket industry, working directly with our Parts Manager and Shop Foreman. If you’re organized, motivated, and willing to learn, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow within the off-road industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming parts and inventory 
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory (Kanban system in place) 
  • Pull and stage parts for scheduled installations 
  • Open, inspect, and verify incoming products for accuracy and condition 
  • Perform local runs for parts and supplies (auto parts stores, hardware stores, etc.) 
  • Handle shipping and drop-offs at carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS
  • Support shop cleanliness and organization: 
    • Sweep and clean lift bays after installations 
    • Wash floors and remove stains as needed 
  • Assist with mounting and balancing tires (training provided)
