C4 Lo Pro Winch Bumper Install, Rigid Lighting Install & Wiring, and Westcott Preload Collar Lift
James brought us his 2025 Land Cruiser 250 for a clean front-end upgrade and a small lift to level and improve the stance.
The goal was simple. Improve approach angle, add a winch-ready front bumper, upgrade lighting performance, and give the truck a more confident ride height without changing factory ride quality.

C4 Fabrication Lo Pro Winch Bumper
We installed the C4 Lo Pro winch bumper built specifically for the 2024 and 2025 Land Cruiser 250 platform. The C4 design keeps the factory profile tight but adds real strength and a winch. It is compatible with the factory grille lines, works with stock sensors, and adds a stronger recovery point structure up front. The bumper was finished in a powder coated, which is now offered by C4 Fabrication.
Rigid SR Series Lighting Package
A Rigid SR Series 20 inch light bar was mounted inside the bumper opening. This specific bar uses a spot pattern with an amber PRO lens for better performance in dust, fog, and snow across Colorado and the southwest. The slim SR housing fits the narrow factory bumper pocket perfectly and provides long range visibility without excessive glare.
Switching is handled through a CH4x4 factory-style switch for clean interior integration.
Westcott Designs Preload Collar Lift
To improve stance and level the front height, we installed the Westcott Designs preload collar lift. This system retains the factory shocks and springs but increases preload on the front coils to raise the nose without compromising ride quality. The black anodized collars are designed specifically for the new 250 chassis and clear all factory components.
After installation the truck received an alignment to bring caster and camber back into spec. The result is a slightly taller, more capable front end with factory ride comfort intact.
Final Setup
This 250 now has a stronger front bumper, proper lighting output, mild front lift, and improved approach angle. Nothing overdone. Just a clean and functional upgrade package that looks correct on a modern Land Cruiser and improves real world use.
